Practice Rounds

• If the course is a member only course you will not be able to play a practice round unless you are a member. If it is a public course then you may call and make a tee time. Applicable fees and rules apply.

 

Player Registration

• Please register when you arrive at the golf course (1 hour before your tee time)

Driving Range

• Driving range will open at 7:00 AM both days (balls will be on the driving range)

 

Caddies

• 8-10 age group (9 holes) – Caddies are MANDATORY

• 11-12 age group (9 holes) – Caddies are ALLOWED

• 13-14 & 15-18 age group (18 holes) – Caddies are NOT ALLOWED​​

• Caddies may rent a spectator cart and put the player's golf bag on the cart but the player MUST walk the entire 9 holes.​​

Tee Times – (Between 8:00 - 11:00 AM off #1 & #10 tee)​

• Please arrive 10 min BEFORE your tee time to the tee box.

Spectator Carts

• Spectator carts can be purchased in the golf shop for $30 and are nonrefundable.

 ​

Snack shop

• Each course will have their snack shop open – credit cards only

 ​

Scoring

• Please come immediately to the scoring table when you finish your round to sign your scorecard

Practice After The Round

• After you finish your round the practice facilities will be closed.

 ​

Stipulated Rounds

• When necessary to shorten an event, an official tournament round for all players will consist of a minimum of 9 holes played. If for some reason 9 holes cannot be played players will receive a full tournament entry fee refund. Spectator carts are nonrefundable.

Awards

• Awards ceremony for each age division will begin immediately after players have signed their scorecard.
